CLIPBOOK BY CLIPPRO
Policies & support
Effective and last updated: September 8, 2026 · Policy version: 2026-09-08
These policies apply to ClipBook, operated by Clarence Kelly, operator of ClipBook by ClipPro. Please read them before creating an account, booking, messaging, or using Clipboard.
Terms of Use
1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or using ClipBook, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, SMS Terms when you opt in, and Clipboard Rules. You must be at least 13. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use and any booking or purchase.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and promptly report unauthorized access. Do not misuse the service, impersonate others, scrape data, interfere with security, upload malware, violate law, discriminate, harass, or infringe another person’s rights.
3. Independent barber services
ClipBook provides technology that connects clients with independent barbers and shops. Barbers—not ClipBook—set services, qualifications, prices, schedules, availability, cancellation rules, and service standards. Clients should review the barber’s posted policies before booking. Nothing in these Terms creates employment, partnership, or agency between ClipBook and a barber.
4. Bookings, payments, cancellations, and refunds
A booking is subject to the barber’s acceptance and availability. Displayed prices, deposits, payment choices, cancellation charges, no-show rules, refund decisions, and pay-first requirements are controlled by the applicable barber unless ClipBook expressly states otherwise. Card payments may be processed by Stripe or another identified payment provider under that provider’s terms. ClipBook does not store complete card numbers. Disputes about a barber service should first be raised with the barber; payment-provider dispute rights and applicable consumer law remain available.
5. Clipboard marketplace and user content
Clipboard users transact directly with one another. Sellers are responsible for lawful ownership, accurate descriptions, safe products, delivery, taxes, refunds, and required licenses. You keep ownership of content you submit and grant ClipBook a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and technically adapt it only as needed to operate, secure, and promote the relevant listing or storefront. Do not upload content you lack permission to use.
6. Enforcement and termination
ClipBook may investigate reports and restrict, hide, suspend, or remove accounts, storefronts, listings, messages, or content when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or enforcement of these policies. You may stop using ClipBook at any time and delete your account from Account & Privacy or request assistance through support.
7. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ClipBook is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the quality, safety, legality, identity, licensing, availability, or completion of independent barber services or Clipboard transactions. Nothing here excludes a warranty or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
8. Limitation of liability and indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clarence Kelly, operator of ClipBook by ClipPro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from third-party services, user conduct, or Clipboard transactions. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of amounts you paid directly to ClipBook in the prior 12 months or US $100. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law. You agree to reimburse reasonable losses caused by your unlawful use, content, or violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
9. Governing law and disputes
Before filing a claim, contact us and allow 30 days for an informal resolution. Except where local consumer law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by Texas law, and claims may be brought in courts serving McLennan County, Texas. This section does not prevent either party from seeking urgent protective relief or using an eligible small-claims process.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms and will post a new date and version. Material changes may require renewed acceptance. Contact:

Privacy Policy
Who controls your information
Clarence Kelly, operator of ClipBook by ClipPro controls personal information processed for ClipBook. A barber may separately control records needed to run that barber’s independent business.
Information we collect
- Account and contact information, including name, email, phone number, role, credentials, consent timestamps, and security records.
- Bookings, services, appointment history, cancellation and attendance information, waiting-list requests, and payment status or provider references.
- Barber profiles, business verification details, storefronts, schedules, prices, images, client lists, and business policies.
- Clipboard listings, reports, moderation history, messages, support requests, and content you provide.
- Device, browser, session, IP, security, diagnostic, and usage information generated when the service is used.
How and why we use it
We use information to create and secure accounts; provide discovery, bookings, payments, reminders, waitlists, messages, storefronts, and Clipboard; verify barbers; prevent fraud and abuse; provide support; enforce policies; comply with law; and improve reliability. Depending on location, our legal bases may include performing a contract, consent, legal obligations, and legitimate interests such as safety and service security.
When we disclose information
We disclose only what is reasonably needed to barbers or clients involved in a booking; Clipboard participants involved in a message or transaction; vendors that provide hosting, storage, communications such as Twilio, payment processing such as Stripe, security, and support; professional advisers; authorities when legally required; or a successor in a business transaction. Providers process information under their own terms and our instructions where applicable. We do not sell personal information for money or use address-book contacts for unrelated advertising.
Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including account operation, bookings, consent evidence, fraud prevention, disputes, tax or accounting obligations, and legal compliance. Retention depends on record type, sensitivity, risk, and applicable law. Deleted accounts may leave limited records in backups or where required for security, legal claims, or compliance. Barber-imported clients may be archived after the app’s stated inactivity period.
Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, a portable copy, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or information about disclosures. You may also opt out of any processing legally treated as sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling; ClipBook does not currently use those practices. Signed-in users may download their data or delete their account from Account & Privacy. You may also submit a request using the form below or email support@clipbookbyclippro.com. We may verify identity and authority. We aim to respond within 45 days or any shorter period required by law, explain extensions or denials, and provide an appeal path by replying “Privacy appeal.” You may also complain to your local privacy regulator without retaliation.
International processing and security
ClipBook is operated from the United States, so information may be processed in the United States and other countries where providers operate. Where required, we use recognized transfer safeguards. We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational protections, but no service can guarantee absolute security. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account activity.
Children
ClipBook is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information through an account. A parent or guardian may book a child’s service using the adult’s account. Contact us to request removal if you believe a child under 13 created an account.
Notices and contact
We will post material policy changes and may provide an in-app or direct notice when appropriate. Privacy requests may be sent to:

SMS Terms
When you check an optional SMS box, you authorize ClipBook by ClipPro to send transactional texts to the number provided. Appointment messages may include confirmations, changes, cancellations, and reminders approximately 24 hours and 1 hour before an appointment. Waiting-list messages may announce a matching opening. If you separately opt into scheduling texts for a shop, its assistant may send available times and exchange replies to help you book or join a waiting list until you opt out. Message frequency varies.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. We will honor reasonable opt-out requests and may send one final confirmation. Opting out of texts does not cancel a booking; check My Appointments or contact the barber. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Keep your number current and do not provide a number you are not authorized to use.
For help, email support@clipbookbyclippro.com. Our Privacy Policy explains how phone numbers and consent records are handled.
Clipboard Rules
- List only lawful items you own or are authorized to sell, using accurate descriptions, prices, locations, and images.
- No weapons, stolen goods, regulated drugs or substances, counterfeit goods, recalled or unsafe products, sexual services, fraud, harassment, discrimination, deceptive claims, or rights-infringing content.
- Do not move a conversation off-platform to evade safety controls, request suspicious payment methods, or misuse another person’s contact information.
- Meet safely in a suitable public location, inspect items before paying, retain transaction records, and follow tax, licensing, shipping, and consumer laws.
Report suspicious listings or messages. Three separate safety reports may automatically hide a listing pending administrator review. ClipBook may preserve relevant evidence, investigate, restore, restrict, or remove content, and suspend repeat or serious violators. A user may request review of a moderation decision through support.
Accessibility
ClipBook aims to support keyboard navigation, visible focus, descriptive labels, scalable text, screen-reader landmarks, clear instructions, and understandable error messages. If a feature is difficult to use, include the page, control, device, and assistance requested in the support form. We will provide reasonable help and consider accessible alternatives.
